Hagzy Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities, Explained in Plain Language

By accessing or using the Hagzy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Your relationship with Hagzy is governed by these terms.

These terms may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, Hagzy will notify users via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Hagzy operates under an international gaming licence, and all activities are conducted in accordance with its terms.

Registration on Hagzy is completely free. However, all information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Hagzy reserves the right to suspend any account found to contain false or misleading details.

One Account Per Person

Under Hagzy's rules, each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited. Attempts to open multiple accounts from the same device or IP address are detected automatically.

• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone

Hagzy's services are available to users aged 18 and over only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Date of birth must be provided at registration to verify age, and a national ID or birth certificate may be required for further verification.

If someone registers using a false age and this is later proven, the account will be immediately closed and all funds held will be forfeited.

Restricted Regions

Residents of certain countries or regions are not permitted to use Hagzy where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of Hagzy complies with the laws of your country.

What is a wagering requirement?

Wagering refers to how many times the bonus amount must be placed as bets before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hagzy. If any of these are proven, the account will be terminated immediately:

• Using bots or automated software to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Creating an account using someone else's identity
• Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering)
• Harassing other users on the platform
• Collusion — coordinating across multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets
